With the addition of our API certified Diesel exhaust Fluid/DEF we have become one step closer to Going Green.
DEF reduces the amount of harmful toxins (NOx) released from an exhaust of a diesel engine.
Diesel engines manufactured from 2010 to the present require the use of DEF, per EPA standards and regulations.
The average dosing rate of DEF is 2% – 3% per gallon of diesel fuel.
